People like to look and feel good. Especially aging baby boomers (like me) that want to be “forever young”. Youth and beauty are hot commodities. Man has always sought the “fountain of youth” since the beginning of time. But people get bombarded with all kinds of information on how to do this, and the majority of it is misleading and even harmful.
Do you feel tired, stressed, achy, have stiff muscles or joints? Do you suffer from a chronic condition or been diagnosed with a disease? Are you overweight, or have belly fat? Do you show signs of aging: wrinkles, fine lines, sagging neckline, arms or thighs, cellulite, thinning hair or nails? Do you have allergies?
You may say “I’ve heard it all before, or “there’s so much information out there”, or “none of the stuff works” or it's “too expensive.” “Why can’t I get all my nutritional needs from food?” “Anti-aging is a myth”.
This is what I usually hear from most people. Yet there are so many people out there that have broken the model of aging, or have overcome a chronic disease. They look and feel even better than they did when they were younger

Hey, I’ve been through a lot of weight loss programs, taken crazy supplements and tried all kinds of skin products to look and feel younger, better, thinner, healthier etc.
My turning point came 4 years ago when I ended up in a hospital and almost died because of a crazy weight loss plan I was following. One of those highly advertised ones, yet closely fatal for me. This was a perfect example of what I mean by everyone being different. My other friends did the same plan with no problem, yet it almost killed me. That’s when I decided I had to take a holistic approach to my health and my life.
I made a commitment to change my lifestyle altogether. I changed how I ate, what I drank, what I put in and on my body, and most importantly how to avoid stress. I also made a mental shift to live the life I always dreamed of. That led me to starting my own business and network marketing and breaking the chains of corporate healthcare. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made!
I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years and took care of patients of all ages. I have helped coordinate their care to fit their specific needs, and successfully taught and coached many of them in the process. My most recent background is in healthcare management I have successfully managed large and small departments with other managers reporting to me. So I can say I have lots of experience managing and coaching people. I am also certified in healthcare quality and have taken several courses in holistic and integrative medicine and nutrition.
I will use my experience as a nurse, consultant, and manager to help you in finding the right fit for your lifestyle, whether it’s to look and/ or feel better.
Here I will share the most common issues people are requesting, and offer personal recommendations and let you chose what works best for your lifestyle, and your individual needs.
All I ask that you must make a commitment to yourself to make the changes in your lifestyle so you can truly see the changes and benefits you desire. I can’t promise you will be free of disease or illness, or that I can provide a “cure” or a magic bullet, but I can certainly help you to find solutions to help heal yourself and feel and look much better than where you are now.
